"American Girl definitely isn’t the cheapest place..."
American Girl definitely isn’t the cheapest place to shop, but I really do feel like the quality makes it worth it. The dolls and outfits have held up so well, even with my kid playing with them all the time.
I’ve bought cheaper doll clothes and accessories before, and they fell apart quickly. This stuff just feels really better made, so I don’t mind spending a little more.
I also liked that they have sale items sometimes, because that really helps. Overall, we’ve been happy with what we got, and I’d definitely buy from them again

"Honestly, it just feels really well made"
I had a good feeling about this doll when I first picked it up, and after looking it over, I was right. The stitching is super neat, and all the little details are way better than I expected. It just feels like someone actually took care making it.

"Everything came just right"
I got my American Girl order today and was really happy to see everything was exactly as ordered. The doll outfit, shoes, and the extra little set were all there with no mix-ups, and the shipping box was in good shape too. It was a gift, so I was relieved I didn’t have to deal with any missing items or returns.

"Really nice doll hair quality"
I ordered from americangirl.com, i was impressed with the doll’s hair quality. It feels soft, full, and well-made, not rough or cheap like a few other dolls we’ve had in the past.
My daughter brushes it all the time, and it has still held up nicely with no major tangles so far. The curls have stayed in better than I expected too, so overall, we’re very happy with it.

"Packaging was done really nicely"
My American Girl order showed up packed really well. The box were sturdy, and everything inside felt secure instead of sliding around, which I definitely appreciated.
Everything arrived clean and in perfect condition, and even the corners of the doll box looked great. You can tell they takes some care with how they ship things...

I ordered a doll from American Girl for my daughter, i was really impressed with all the personalization choices. It was easy to pick the hair, skin tone, outfits, and overall look, which made the whole process kind of fun.
We also added her name and a few accessories, and that made it feel extra special. My daughter was so excited because she said it looked like it was really “her” doll, which was very sweet.
The site was simple to use, and everything showed up just like we expected. It’s definitely not cheap, but with all the custom details, it felt worth it for us.

"Sweet gift my niece loved"
I got this doll set for my niece and she was absolutely thrilled when she opened it. It really is a sweet little gift and made her so happy. The only small downside was that the packaging looked a bit plain, so I ended up dressing it up with some wrapping paper. But it arrived just in time and was definitely worth it for her reaction.

"I had to send an item back..."
I had to send an item back, and I was mostly just watching the refund status the whole time because that’s the part I cared about. It took a few days longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but customer service did get back to me and sorted it out. In the end, everything was fixed, so I’d say it was a decent experience overall.

"Customer service actually came through"
I had a little issue with my order, because apparently things can’t just go smoothly, but customer service got back to me quickly. To their credit, they fixed it without making it a whole ordeal, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t exactly perfect, but i was happy with how they handled it in the end.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a doll and a few outfits for my daughter, and I have to say, it ended up being nicer than I expected. I figured it would be cute, but the hair feels really soft, the clothes are neatly stitched, and everything looked well made right out of the box.
My daughter has been playing with it a lot, and it still looks almost new, which surprised me a bit. It’s not the cheapest option, but after seeing the quality, it makes sense and I feel like it was worth it

"Honestly shocked this doll is still standing"
My daughter has had her American Girl doll for over a year now, and I swear this thing has survived like it’s training for a toy apocalypse. She drags it all over the house, hauls it into the car, changes its outfits constantly, and somehow nothing has ripped, popped off, or started looking sad.
The hair definitely needs brushing, because of course it does, but the body and clothes are way sturdier than I expected. It’s not cheap, and I did have a tiny heart attack over the price at first, but it has held up so well that I feel like it was worth it. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Cute finds, but a few sizes were gone"
Found most of the things my daughter had her eye on, which was a relief 😊 A couple of the outfits she really wanted were sold out in her size, so we had to go with some backup choices. Still, there were plenty of cute options, and checkout was smooth
